We set up a dedicated WhatsApp Business channel connected directly to your Vofio CRM inbox. Inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages appear alongside your email conversations in a single shared inbox. WhatsApp usage charges (per-message fees set by Meta) are billed separately by your WhatsApp provider and sit outside the monthly platform fee.
Yes. Subscriptions are rolling monthly. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. No annual lock-in.
